Wow its been awhile

I just logged in and realized with all that has happend in our lives, I totally forgot I made one of these. Good grief I am a loser!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So lets just skip to the good stuff. Our IVF cycle went very well, so well in fact that on June 29th, 2009 at around 4pm ( after waiting all dang day) we found out we were PREGNANT. Come to find out, we were pregnant with twins :) So after all the challenges and shots, we were double blessed. Its now October and we are 5 months along. I have been very sick this time, throwing up almost constantly everyday, but it has been so wonderful. We have had 2 ultrasounds and have had it confirmed that we are expecting two girls. Isabella Marie and Sophia Grace will be here by the end of Febuary 2010. Anyhow, we have been busy reading up on twins, looking for another crib to match our other one and its been very stressful.. but I wouldnt change it for anything. Theres something beautiful and heartfelt knowing our family is complete. Having Lorenzo and now these wonderful girls will be the best - and I cant wait to have them all together :)

A schedule... kinda

For those keeping track - I had my first Dr. visit and ultrasound today. So far my uterus looks nice and smooth as Dr. Fisch said and my ovaries have a few follicles already so ... so far so good. From what it looks like, the lovely shots will start right after Lorenzos 3rd birthday.. ( I think I am gonna be a mess that day, I cant believe my little baby ( well I lie he was never little, but he was to me ) is already three. The tears will be flowing like wine I think... hes such a big boy.

Estimated retrieval and then embryo transfer is so far set for the end of June, so hopefully we will have a postive pregnancy test by 1st week of July.

Please keep us in your prayers - we definatly need it!

So .. Im blogging...

I'm new to this but I think Ill get the gist, bare with me. My best friend suggested I start this since my invites to reading her page always expire. Hopefully I can get some family and friends to read this since Ive given up on myspace awhile ago now. I miss not being able to keep in touch but Myspace was getting a little too retarded for my taste.

Anyway, today has been a pretty exciting day. Starting next week I will begin doctor vistits, blood work, shots and ultrasounds. Yes thats right - we are doing another IVF cycle. We found a new doctor at a more affordable cost and with the help of my inlaws , Lorenzo should be a big brother early next yr. Cross your fingers!!!!

Im nervous but excited. I love being pregnant and I am trying to be positive - We really hope we will be blessed with another child to complete our family.
